Renee Roy Hill (TalkTools®),is the creator of TalkTools® Schedule Board Kit, co-author of Ice Sticks program & author of the TalkTools® Apraxia program. Renee has provided therapeutic assessments and program planning for adults and children with oral placement, feeding & motor speech deficits for over 17 years. She has also been an invited speaker for ASHA state conventions.

This course is approved by Ministry of Health Malaysia for 10 CPD points each under myCPD system for Speech-Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Clinical Psychologists, Pegawai Psikologi (Umum) and Pegawai Psikologi (Kaunseling).

Khushbu Porwal ia an accredited Jolly Phonics professional trainer who is currently based in Singapore with over 10 years of rich experience in teaching phonics and grammar across South Asia, especially India, Indonesia and Singapore.

Assessment and Treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech by Dr Caroline Bowen


Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre is proud to have Dr Caroline Bowen AM, PhD, CPSP in Penang for her world renowned courses. Penang will be Dr Bowen’s only station in Malaysia for year 2019!

Dr Bowen practiced in Australia as a clinical speech-language pathologist for over 40 years, and for the 10 years from 2005 to 2014 travelled worldwide to present CPD events. Since 2015 she has offered five “customisable”, continually updated, child-speech related CPD offerings. She has also developed a workshop for 2019-2020 called  ‘Treatment Fads: Science and Pseudoscience in the  Clinic and Classroom’, based on Bowen and Snow (2017) and research related to two similar books currently in preparation. She will consider presenting all six of these events anywhere in the world.
